In a world where a large part of the population spends their time online, where data leaks, privacy scandals, and system failures are all too common, major internet companies are still doing too little to protect their users. With .SORRY, SETUP aims to create a domain that opens up constructive dialogue with these companies about the issues at hand. Just apologizing is not enough anymore.

I was asked to create a video with Flavia Pritivera to announce and explain the .SORRY domain. For this, we drew inspiration from the utopian vision of the internet in the 1990s, a time when everything still seemed possible online. The video follows a boy in the ’90s who falls asleep in front of his computer and dreams of being pulled into the world of the not-yet-existing .SORRY domain.
